Our accessibility approach

Royal Offer Hub aims to make cruise offer research, account management, and pricing tools usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a development target. This is a target, not a claim that every page or feature fully conforms or has been independently certified.

Using the site

The site includes a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls in core forms, and support for your device’s reduced-motion preference. You can use browser zoom and keyboard navigation. Privacy choices do not require a mouse or optional analytics.

Cruise prices and estimates should be verified directly with the cruise line or a travel advisor. If a table, chart, document, or interaction prevents you from accessing that information, contact us for assistance.

Areas that need ongoing review

Complex comparison tables, charts, uploaded PDFs and images, member-created content, and third-party services such as payment checkout may present accessibility barriers. We have not completed a comprehensive manual screen-reader and keyboard audit of all workflows. We continue to review these areas as the product changes.

Report a barrier or request assistance

Email support@royalofferhub.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the barrier you encountered. If helpful, include your browser and assistive technology, and your preferred way to receive a response. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send passwords, payment details, or travel documents.

You may request help accessing information or completing a task in an alternative format. We will review the request and work with you on a suitable way to help.

Accessibility feedback helps us prioritize fixes. This statement will be updated as reviews and improvements are completed. Nothing in this statement limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
